Using our hot wire machine we can create a variety of products out of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam.

Foam is lighter and may be more accommodating than other products, making it an easier and less expensive alternative.

We have used our technology to create columns, cappings, crown moulding, battens, putting greens, tables, chairs, trade booths and much more. Recreate worn and damaged architectural pieces with ease. We can even print directly to bare foam.

These pieces can be reinforced with metal and concrete providing more weight to withstand the exterior elements.
